Awesome amenities with rooms that have great layout. Loved the Tuesday social with Marina, always felt at home and comfortable!
As a large group check in, we were greeted and given our rooms in a very timely efficient manner. The social "hour" (5pm-7pm Monday-Wednesday) is very nice, with great service, the rooms are nice, and over all we're very pleased. They have two propane grills outside with an outdoor kitchen and the propane is provided. Walmart is 2 minutes away, a gym, shopping, ball field, and additional restaurants. You really can't beat this place. Photo of our server included. Oh, I had my bedroom at 59° last night.
The fire detector has a bag covering it. This is not safe and has to be against fire code. We notified them at 3pm. It is now 11pm and l they haven't done anything about it at all. The room also smells like smoke P.s. the breakfast and gym are good. Update: They did remove the plastic bag the following day at about 4PM
Great stay updated rooms, could use a few more hooks in the bathrooms. Breakfast on the weekday was great and Wednesday dinner was awesome. Only disappointed part was Fridays breakfast, other days has awesome extra protien and tortillas a that match well with extra cheeses and Fridays was not. No extra protien, no cheese options and the lady on her phone in the back wasnt very friendly when I asked if there was an egg option as there was no eggs in trays outside... had to wait "6 minutes " which were the only words she said to me after looking up from her phone, very surprising since all other staff was extremely friendly and helpful through our stay. Over all will be coming back :)
I’ve only been here a few days, but I’ve had a most pleasant experience. The staff are excellent and Marina was a great hostess.
Writing this review specifically for Marina who handles the Wednesday night reception. She takes exceptional care of the people dining there!!! 10/10 recommend! Such a sweet lady.
My stay at Homewood Suites Lancaster exceeded expectations. From check-in to check-out, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely caring… so thank you to Brandie, Leslie, Veronica, and Jose! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. I’m very thankful for such a positive experience and highly recommend this location.
Amazing stay, enjoyed everything about this hotel. Everyone very friendly and helpful, every host specially Marina as she served the dinner making sure everyone was and attended..
I'm in this hotel for almost 1 year , I just had a good experiences with all employees, I'm really appreciate all the work they do for all of us, Marina is the best she are doing the best to make us feel like home, Jose in the front desk he is really nice and try to help us every time we need something, I don't know everyone's name, but I just want to said thank you to all the team.
We always enjoy staying here check-in and check-out is a breeze the staff are very friendly Maria aka (Hopalong) and Brandi aka (Trouble) and the rest of the staff from the kitchen, housekeeping, and the maintenance people help keep things running smoothly, and make you feel at home. They take the time to have a conversation with the guests. The rooms are newly remodeled and very welcoming I give them a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
